Hi,

I used dinifti to convert a set of 840 dicom images of a 4d 256x256x28x30
4d mri data set. Although other converters generate a nifti image
256x256x28x30, dinifti creates a 256x256x840 image.

Is anyway to force dinifti to keep the four dimensions in its header?

Hi Marcelo,
I haven't updated dinifti in a long time and I'm afraid the 4d
functionality is not there. I certainly need to add that, but right now
I'm not sure when I can get to it. I'll keep you informed when I do.

Dear Marcelo

If you use -s and specify the number of slices explicitly, dinifti will do
the job....
But i agree that it is not as convenient.

Sometimes it can figure out number of slices correctly....
