[dinifti] dinifti cannot find slice distance

Hello,

I have been newly introduced to dinifti and have been using it successfully
for the most part. However, I keep running into to two issues.

1. When trying to convert an MPRAGE run with 160 measurements, I get the
following error:

**** Number of slices provided, 159, does not match value in header,
160.
Value in header can be overridden with "-s" flag.

**** CreateNIfTIHeader: Cannot find slice distance for
1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.32.35445.2011111813575279795025931.dcm.

If I convert the dicoms to BRIK, I get no error. It only seems to happen
for the MPRAGE from one particular experiment. Is there something about the
scan parameters that could cause this? Something to do with the filename?

2. When using dinifti to convert two functional runs of another experiment
(242 measurements each), I get no error, but it outputs only 241 sub bricks
(1 less than it should) for the second run. Once again, if I convert from
dicom to BRIK, I do not get this problem.

This is the exact command that I use:
dinifti -g --name="%D_%Y_%T" *.dcm

Are these familiar errors? Is there something wrong with my use of the
dinifti function? The output format from the scanner?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
