[dinifti] dicomnifti/fsl conflict

Sure. The dicomnifti package you are using is build against an old
version of libnifti package (the package got renamed).

I will build an updated version for you and put it into my repository (I
do the FSL packages as well). If you don't here from me within 24 hours,
