[dinifti] dicomnifti/fsl conflict

John,
I'm not familiar with Ubuntu and I didn't build the package. I really
don't know what libniftiio1 is, unless that's the name used for
libniftiio version 1.0. I'm a bit perplexed with the message you get,
dinifti depends on libniftiio, regardless of version. I'm also not sure
why libniftiio1 wants to remove fsl, unless fsl uses an older version of
libniftiio.
Are the packages for Ubuntu the Debian packages ? If so, I can contact
the Debian people and see what they think. Of course one could build the
libniftiio libraries and dinifti by hand, but let's see if we can do it
through the package method so that it won't break in the future.
