[dinifti] First mailing list try with segfault :-(

This will happen when the images in the series are numbered (internally) 
non-sequentially. In this specific case, the images where number 
8,9,10,1001,1002, ... I'm not sure in what cases this happens, but I've 
place a guard against this.

The new version, 2.28.7, which is available on our server has this fix. 
It will propagate to the Debian distro in the near future.
